CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in School Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Current PA Educational Specialist certification.
- Current Endorsement in School Counseling.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
- Counseling Expertise: Proficient in individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and student emotional/social support.
- PA Educational Knowledge: Familiarity with Pennsylvania education laws, IEPs, 504 plans, and compliance standards.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with students, staff, and parents to address academic and behavioral needs.
- Developmental Understanding: Knowledge of K-8 developmental stages and challenges, supporting academic and emotional growth.
- Program Coordination: Experience in implementing school-wide counseling programs and student well-being initiatives.
