CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in teaching or a specialized subject.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in elementary education (grades K-6).
- Familiarity with the Illinois State Learning Standards for elementary education.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
- Deliver lessons in subjects such as English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, tailored to the developmental needs of elementary students.
- Develop engaging and effective lesson plans that align with state standards and the school curriculum.
- Regularly assess students’ academic performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and observations, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment that promotes learning, respect, and appropriate behavior.
